Note for Fall 2024: Due to staffing shortages it's quite likely that this league may only play on one field and be capped at eight teams. We may not be able to segment the league into appropriate skill divisions.

The format is co-ed, non-contact flag football with six players on the field - at least two of whom must be female.
The league does not play Labor Day weekend.
You can register a team or sign up as an Individual. Please note that it is difficult to be placed on a team when signing up as an Individual male, as most teams do not need more guys.
Registration closes one week prior to the start date.
