Each practice consists of a 15 minute workout followed by 45 minutes of structured open play - all set to music. People of all abilities and skill levels are welcome, and rule #1 is that there are no strangers on the field. sphere's mission is to build a community and connect, not compete.
The season pass allows you to pay once and play every week from 10/31 - 12/19 (excluding Thanksgiving). Alternatively, you can also choose the Drop-in option if you want to pay week-by-week.
