Each practice consists of a 15 minute workout followed by 45 minutes of structured open play - all set to music. People of all abilities and skill levels are welcome, and rule #1 is that there are no strangers on the field. sphere's mission is to build a community and connect, not compete.

Flag football will be held at Breese Stevens Field. This stadium features a full size turf football field, and will allow us to run multiple flag football fields and hopefully have separate divisions. Being a turf field, the chances of rainouts are far less than grass fields.
